任职要求
1. 计算机、通信、自动化及相关专业的博士生或优秀硕士生，良好的表达沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备较强的目标驱动力和学习能力。 2. 牢固的数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络等方面基础知识储备。 3. 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，包括单不限于C/C++、Python、Golang等，熟悉Linux环境下的项目开发、测试与调试流程，具有定位复杂问题的经验。 4. 在高性能网络相关的技术领域中（拥塞控制算法、RDMA协议栈&通信中间件、AI训练推理GPU集合通信等）具备至少一个深度参与的项目研发经验。 加分项：在高性能网络相关的技术领域中，以第一作者在国际学术会议或期刊（SIGCOMM、NSDI、JSAC、TON等）发表过文章。
工作职责
1. 负责大规模AI训练和推理场景的集合通信库、RDMA协议栈研发和调优。 2. 负责分布式存储等通算业务场景的RDMA协议栈、传输通信库及中间件的研发和调优。 3. 参与构建Lossy RDMA网络解决方案，以及相应拥塞控制算法的研发和调优。 4. 负责高性能网络前沿技术研究，结合未来实际应用场景，实现端到端高性能网络解决方案。
