About the Role
We are looking for a data-fluent, execution-oriented In-App Operations Specialist to own the international user journey after the download happens.
Your mission is to take the traffic generated by Social and Partnership teams and turn it into sustained engagement.
In This Role, You Will:
Own the Onboarding Experience: Ensure viral external trends are immediately matched with a seamless in-app onboarding UI. Design, deploy, and continuous A/B test on in-app landing experiences that guide newly acquired users straight to high-converting features, maximizing Retention.
Behavioral Segmentation: Build targeted user cohorts based on behavior (e.g., "downloaded but did not export," or "used premium filters but did not subscribe") and design hyper-targeted, localized push notification matrices to re-engage them.
