你的职责
● 负责员工全生命周期流程运营,包括入职、离职、福利登记、调动等,建立统一的服务流程与操作规范,保障员工信息数据质量;
● 参与HR 系统功能测试,包括新模块上线前的 UAT(用户验收测试),从用户真实使用视角出发,反馈系统体验问题,提出交互优化建议;
● 协助策划并执行 HR 服务相关的推广活动,通过多样化形式(线上推文、海报、专题活动等)提升员工对 HR 服务的认知度与参与度,助力打造有品牌感的"HR 服务产品"心智。

你可以, 1、与来自不同文化背景的同事合作,支持日本区域的HR日常运营工作(全生命周期运营、Payroll、员工关系和合规、HRIS等); 2、参与重要项目,参与日本HRO服务流程设计、质量管理体系搭建,知识库和培训手册等的完善; 3、敏锐洞察业务,发现并追踪问题解决,关注员工/客户满意度,持续推动流程优化和改进;
1. 招聘支持 - 根据招聘需求,筛选候选人简历,对候选人进行初步电话沟通,了解候选人基本情况、求职意向,为面试官提供有价值的候选人推荐,协助安排面试流程,包括与候选人、面试官协调时间,发送面试通知及跟进面试反馈等 2. 员工关系辅助 - 参与员工活动的策划与组织执行,如团建活动、节日庆祝等,负责活动前期准备工作,如物料采购、场地布置,活动现场协助,确保活动顺利开展,增强员工凝聚力与归属感。 - 协助处理员工日常咨询,如入职流程、福利政策等基础问题,及时反馈员工意见与建议给上级,促进员工与公司的良好沟通。 3. 其他人力资源事务协助 - 协助进行新员工入职手续办理,包括入职资料收集、审核,入职培训安排等,帮助新员工快速融入公司。 - 参与人力资源文档管理,如简历存档、员工合同整理等工作,确保文档管理规范、有序,便于查询与使用。 1. Recruitment Support - Screen candidate resumes according to recruitment requirements, conduct preliminary telephone interviews with candidates to understand their basic information and career intentions, provide valuable candidate recommendations to interviewers, and assist in arranging the interview process, including coordinating schedules with candidates and interviewers, sending interview notifications, and following up on interview feedback, etc. 2. Employee Relations Assistance - Participate in the planning, organization, and execution of employee activities, such as team - building events and festival celebrations. Be responsible for pre - event preparations, such as material procurement and venue arrangement, and provide on - site assistance during the events to ensure smooth operation, enhancing employee cohesion and sense of belonging. - Assist in handling daily employee inquiries, such as onboarding procedures and benefit policies. Timely feedback employees' opinions and suggestions to superiors to promote good communication between employees and the company. 3. Assistance with Other Human Resources Affairs - Assist in handling new employee onboarding procedures, including collecting and reviewing onboarding materials, and arranging onboarding training, helping new employees integrate into the company quickly. - Participate in human resources document management, such as resume archiving and employee contract organization, to ensure standardized and orderly document management for easy query and use.
About the HR development program: As a member of our global human resources (HR) team, you will work with leaders across the company to help ensure that TI has the talent and capabilities needed to win in the highly competitive and dynamic semiconductor market. Our program gives you the opportunity to explore both – one as an HR business partner and the other in a specialist role (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations, etc.). At the end of this program, you’ll join one of TI’s Human Resources teams and will be well positioned for important senior roles across the organization. In fact, many of our senior HR leaders began their careers at TI by joining our HR Development Program.Our HR teams work on important activities across a variety of business and functional issues – all of which align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence. Some of these activities include analyzing TI’s market competitiveness, developing communication strategies to help managers be better leaders, improving recruiting and marketing efforts, identifying high potential talent and implementing development plans, developing key training modules, planning for long term talent needs, and much more.In this program, you’ll be immersed in job assignments from the start in positions that are critical to our business success. This is coupled with opportunities for formal learning, networking with peers and senior leaders, as well as on the job project opportunities to give you experience in nearly every HR function.

Some of these areas and responsibilities include:• Business HR Generalist: Align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence. • Compensation: Design and deliver competitive compensation programs for TI employees worldwide. Projects often include analyzing TI's market competitiveness, developing communication strategies to help managers make smart decisions, etc. • Ethics and Employee Relations: Help TI maintain its high ethical standards, commitment to social responsibility and strong employee relations. Projects typically focus on the development and support of key training modules, along with understanding and improving key processes and audits. • Recruiting: Recruit talent to TI by preparing for campus recruiting, improving recruiting and marketing efforts, benchmarking and/or managing the internal intern program committee for the summer. • Talent Development: Provide relevant learning to improve business performance by developing and implementing development strategies driven by the needs of TI businesses and functional areas.
