任职要求
· 在校本科生或研究生，能保证每周实习不少于4天，实习周期至少3个月；
· 熟练掌握SQL、Excel，了解常用数据统计和分析方法；
· 具备清晰的沟通表达能力，乐于团队协作，有较强的自驱力；
· 逻辑思维缜密，对数据敏感，有主动学习与深挖问题的习惯。
优先条件：
· 计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业背景；
· 熟悉Python或R语言，能进行基础的数据处理与建模。
