Responsibilities: The responsibility is to design and implement talent solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth. This includes: ● Designing and executing a comprehensive international talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s evolving needs. ● Lead team to collaborate closely with hiring managers&Partners to understand staffing needs and providing strategic guidance on best practices in talent acquisition. ● Sourcing, qualifying and hiring across countries/business units, primarily for Business Development, Pre-Sales and AI technology related roles; assisting to drive our solutions/products to expand our business globally and develop Alibaba Cloud's cutting-edge technologies globally. ● Articulating the risk and benefits of a hire, mitigating hiring risk by identify pros and cons for each hiring, especially to those senior level positions; advising the principals and methods about making right hiring decision, enabling hiring manages and other interviewers to improve their skillset by provide trainings, sharing and case studies. ● Create robust pipelines, leverage existing talent programs and initiatives to attract potential candidates, enhance Alibaba's employer brand by spreading our talents strategy through all channels, social networking and talent events. ● Being an ambassador for Alibaba Cloud, providing great candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s like to really work here. ● Effectively manage all resources, systems and tools, Lead the optimization of recruitment systems and implement AI-driven solutions to drive recruiting efficiency and innovation.

Our ambition as People and Organization (P&O) function is to co-own the overall Siemens transformation, enabling Siemens’ businesses to remain successful in an ever faster changing environment. In this context, we are building up a focused, effective team of engaged individuals to provide our business. We are looking for Employer Branding Project Lead. This role will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for orchestrating Siemens employer branding development, ensuring Siemens is perceived as an employer of choice, and effectively delivering the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to external candidates and people at Siemens. This role will also serve as a crucial bridge between the China and Global Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. You'll make an impact by • Execute and localize Siemens’ core Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand across markets and businesses by emphasizing the right messages to the right talent audiences. • Act as a liaison between the China and Global TA teams, facilitating the exchange of strategy, best practices, insights, and strategic alignment. • Lead the development and rollout of both global and regional employer branding initiatives—from initial concept through tactical execution and measurement—ensuring alignment with Siemens’ broader talent objectives and business goals. • Define clear objectives, metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, engagement, time-to-hire), and success indicators for brand initiatives in line with strategic KPIs. • Develop the strategy, key messages, and roadmap for Siemens China Employer Branding. • Interface with Corporate Communications to align the overall communication roadmap to gain synergy. • Interact with businesses and P&O BPs to collect demand and feedback and jointly develop employer branding assets. • Build connections with external stakeholders and ecosystem partners to effectively leverage different resources. • Create tangible contents via effective channels which are relevant to the target audience, such as WeChat, RedNote and more. • Strengthen communication of local EB events to increase visibility globally. • Provide strong, proactive support to P&O talent acquisition activities, especially towards external target audiences, including recruiting marketing and university relations initiatives. • Share and coordinate within the P&O community and provide recommendations on information flow mechanisms and media formats for ongoing employer branding.
