任职要求
· 3年以上互联网产品经验，具备出色的产品分析与系统设计能力，熟悉画像产品或数据产品的设计与研发流程；
· 具备扎实的数据洞察力，掌握用户画像、标签体系、数据治理等相关方法，能结合复杂业务场景产出面向AI场景的产品解决方案；
· 理解大模型（LLM）、Agent、RAG、Memory等AI技术的基本原理，熟悉AI应用的数据流与产品架构，能够借助AI能力驱动产品创新；
· 具有优秀的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力，能有效推动业务、算法、研发等多方协作，对产品效果和业务价值负责；
· 用户视角敏锐，业务意识强，善于从本质出发持续推动画像能力从静态标签向动态用户理解演进，不断提升产品竞争力。

加分项：
· 具备用户画像、推荐系统、数据平台或AI产品相关经验；
· 有计算机视觉、多模态、推荐算法、广告平台、AI Agent或AIGC产品经验；
· 有将画像能力应用于大模型/Agent场景的实践经历。
