工作职责

岗位概述
协助用研团队开展从桌面调研、用户访谈到问卷数据分析的全流程研究工作，在导师指导下将用户洞察转化为可支撑产品决策的研究成果。本岗位具有较强的跨国协作属性，需要具备出色的英语沟通能力。

本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。

职责描述
-   协助开展多种定性研究，包括桌面材料梳理、用户访谈、焦点小组、可用性测试等
-   参与问卷设计与量化数据分析，辅助撰写用户研究报告
-   支持跨国、跨团队项目的沟通协调，承担相关材料的英文翻译与整理工作
-   在导师全程辅导下，独立完成用户研究项目的全流程执行

任职资格
-   了解常见用户研究方法（访谈、可用性测试、问卷等），对用研工作有长期从业意愿
-   心理学、社会学、统计学或相关专业背景
-   具备优秀的英语沟通能力，可为海外用户访谈提供英文翻译辅助
-   亲和力强，具备独立分析与判断能力；熟悉并使用过美图系产品

▸ Overview
You'll support the UX research team across the full research cycle — from desk research and user interviews to survey analysis and report writing — and help translate user insights into actionable product intelligence. This role has a meaningful cross-cultural dimension and requires strong English communication skills.

This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.

▸ Responsibilities
-   Assist with qualitative research methods including desk research, user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
-   Help design surveys and analyze quantitative data; support report drafting
-   Coordinate cross-team and cross-border communication; handle English translation and organization of research materials
-   Independently execute end-to-end research projects under close mentor guidance
