任职要求
岗位职责： 1.深入研究影像产品工具的各种AI应用场景，负责影像AI Agent产品应用落地； 2.在深入业务场景建设重点场景能力的同时，结合美图平台能力，建设孵化垂直领域的AI基建，面向未来设计分领域Agent； 3.了解AI相关技术并合理拆解业务目标，跟进产品开发进度，协调各部门资源，确保产品按时上线并达到预期效果； 4.负责对AI产品进行市场调研和国内外优质方案的分析学习，不断优化产品功能和用户体验； 5.跟进产品上线后的运营情况，分析数据并制定优化方案，持续提升产品价值。 职位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2. 对AI领域充满热情，具备扎实的AI理解力与创新意识，尤其在AI Agent、AIGC等方向有实际参与或深刻思考者优先； 3. 具备优秀的产品规划能力与跨团队沟通协作能力，能够独立推进中大型AI项目落地； 4. 熟悉数据分析方法，具备数据驱动的产品迭代思维； 5. 热衷于用AI改造生产流程，对Prompt工程有一定认知和实践，善于使用AI Coding、Agent工具等探索解决方案者优先。 AI Product Manager - AI Agents（WEB） Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on diverse AI application scenarios for imaging products and tools; take ownership of the implementation and go-to-market strategy for our AI Agent imaging products. Develop core capabilities for key business scenarios while leveraging the Meitu platform's strengths to build and incubate foundational AI infrastructure for vertical domains; design and architect future-oriented, domain-specific Agents. Understand relevant AI technologies to effectively break down business objectives. Manage the product development lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure timely product launches that achieve expected outcomes. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis of AI products, studying best-in-class solutions both domestically and internationally. Continuously iterate and optimize product features and user experience. Monitor post-launch product performance, analyze key metrics, and formulate data-driven optimization strategies to continuously enhance product value. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Passionate about the field of AI, demonstrating a solid understanding of AI principles and a strong innovative spirit. Hands-on experience or deep, critical thinking in areas like AI Agents and AIGC is highly preferred. Excellent product planning, cross-functional communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to independently drive the end-to-end execution of medium-to-large scale AI projects. Proficient in data analysis methodologies, with a strong, data-driven mindset for product iteration and optimization. Enthusiastic about using AI to transform productivity and workflows. A strong understanding of and practical experience with Prompt Engineering is highly desirable. Candidates skilled in using AI Coding, Agent tools, and similar platforms to explore and build solutions are preferred.

1.负责腾讯云云开发CloudBase、微信云开发、微搭AI Builder等产品的长期战略规划，制定产品路线图，明确核心功能与优先级； 2.深入洞察开发者需求，设计符合场景化需求的云端开发平台、Serverless服务、云原生AI Agent平台等解决方案； 3.推动产品功能迭代，协调研发、设计、市场等团队，确保产品高质量交付； 4.跟踪国内外AI Coding、Serverless、低代码等领域的趋势和竞品动态，制定差异化竞争策略；分析开发者生态及行业痛点，挖掘产品在Web、小程序、游戏、企业应用等场景的落地机会； 5.制定产品商业化策略，设计定价模型、套餐方案及增长策略，推动收入规模提升。
**主要职责** 1. **后端开发**： * 基于 **Spring Cloud** 生态（如 Eureka/Nacos, Spring Cloud Gateway, OpenFeign, Hystrix/Sentinel, Spring Cloud Config/Bus 等）进行高可用、高性能的**微服务**系统设计、开发与维护。 * 负责数据库设计、优化及SQL编写，确保数据的高效、安全访问。 * 集成和使用主流中间件（消息队列、缓存、搜索引擎等）解决复杂业务场景。 * 编写高质量、可测试、可维护的Java代码，遵循编码规范。 2. **前端开发**： * 使用 **Vue 3** (Composition API, Pinia, Vite) 或 **React** (Hooks, Redux/MobX, Next.js等) 及其生态系统构建现代化、响应式、高性能的Web用户界面。 * 与UI/UX设计师紧密合作，将设计稿精准还原为高质量的前端代码。 * 优化前端性能，提升用户体验。 3. **云原生与部署**： * 熟练使用 **Kubernetes (k8s)** 进行应用的容器化部署、编排、监控与管理。 * 熟悉 Docker 容器技术。 * 参与CI/CD流水线的建设和优化。 4. **全栈协作**： * 全面理解系统架构，能够独立或协作完成从需求分析、技术选型、编码实现到测试部署的全流程。 * 与产品经理、测试工程师及其他开发人员高效沟通协作。 5. **技术探索（加分项相关）**： * （如具备）参与或主导基于 **AI智能体 (AI Agent)** 和**Python** 的功能开发，探索大模型在产品中的应用（如智能问答、自动化流程、内容生成等）。

1、产品战略与规划： 深入洞察AIGC行业趋势、用户需求和竞争格局，负责AI图像生成模型及相关应用功能（Web & App）的中长期产品规划和迭代路线图； 2、核心功能与体验设计： 负责AI图像生成核心功能的完整生命周期，通过提升模型的可控性、表现力和易用性，系统性地优化用户创作体验，并探索与定义前沿的AI原生交互模式； 3、一体化工作流构建： 规划并推动图像与视频生成工作流的深度整合方案，打造连贯、高效的一体化创作体验，构建平台的核心竞争壁垒； 4、模型效果定义与驱动： 与算法团队紧密协作，将用户场景和产品需求，转化为清晰、可量化的模型效果评估标准。通过建立评测体系和反馈闭环，持续驱动算法模型在美学、可控性、真实感等方面的迭代精进； 5、数据驱动与用户洞察： 深度挖掘用户行为数据，结合定性/定量的用户研究和A/B测试，科学地评估产品表现，精准洞察用户核心意图与痛点，发现增长机会并驱动产品决策； 6、跨团队协同与项目管理： 作为项目核心，高效地与算法、工程、设计、运营、法务等团队沟通协作，确保产品高质量、按时交付，并达成预期的业务和数据目标。
