英语流利，具备地道英文表达能力，能够写出符合 Reddit 语境的自然内容，而非营销式语言。
深度 Reddit 用户，熟悉 Reddit 社区文化、规则体系、Karma 机制及不同 Subreddit 的内容风格差异。
具备内容策划能力，能够持续产出有讨论度、有信息价值或有共鸣感的英文内容。
理解社区运营逻辑，有论坛、Discord、Facebook Group 或其他海外社区运营经验者优先。
对品牌“软性渗透”有认知，能够在不引起用户反感的前提下自然建立品牌存在感。
具备一定数据分析意识，能根据互动表现优化内容方向与账号成长策略。
耐心且长期主义，理解 Reddit 账号成长是一个需要时间积累信任与信誉的过程。
有 SaaS / AI 工具 / 互联网产品背景者优先，能更好理解产品并转化为社区可接受的表达。

About the Role
As our Reddit Growth Lead (Intern), you will spearhead the "0-to-1" buildup of our brand’s official presence within the Reddit ecosystem. This is more than just a social media role; it is about mastering the unwritten rules, user culture, and content rhythms of Reddit to build a sustainable account matrix.
Your mission is to act as a "native Redditor"—participating in discussions, creating high-value content, and building genuine trust to drive organic brand visibility, reputation, and steady traffic growth.

What You’ll Do
Account Growth (0-to-1): Build and manage a fleet of Reddit accounts from scratch. Define account personas, content pillars, and growth milestones while ensuring full compliance with platform and subreddit rules.
Trust & Karma Building: Deeply engage with target Subreddits. Provide value through authentic comments and discussions to build long-term account credibility and "Karma.…
