About the Role
The next great IP may not look like a hit—yet. It could be a recurring character in an illustrator’s work, a story quietly finding its audience on social media, or an entirely new world created with AI on platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can spot these creators and ideas early, see their potential to grow into lasting IP, and build the right partnerships to help them move forward.

We expect that you have a strong instinct for content, aesthetics, and emerging youth culture. Just as importantly, you should know how to earn creators’ trust, structure thoughtful partnerships, and create room for their work to develop creatively and commercially.

What You’ll Do
Discover promising creators and original IP
Identify emerging creators, characters, stories, and visual concepts across China and international markets.
Stay close to social platforms, creator communities, independent studios, artists, and new cultural trends.
Scout promising creators within Meitu’s own ecosystem, including RoboNeo and MVLand, with a focus on distinctive creative voices, recurring characters, and early audience signals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of creators and potential IP, tracking their creative output, audience response, character recognition, and potential for long-term development.
