Role Overview
As the Web Growth & SEO Manager, you will own the organic traffic acquisition, user activation, and conversion funnels for our suite of web-based products (including Meitu Design Studio, MVLand, and AirBrush Studio). In the web ecosystem, a landing page isn't just a corporate brochure—it is the first outer layer of the product itself.

While traditional SEO focuses solely on "getting people through the door," this role is engineered for a growth pioneer who bridges the gap between technical search visibility and product conversion. You will combine exceptional keyword and technical SEO expertise with an innate Product-Led Growth (PLG) mindset and deep user empathy. Your mission is to seamlessly guide diverse users—from efficiency-driven B-side e-commerce merchants to aesthetic-focused C-side creators—from a simple search query into a frictionless, "aha-moment" product experience that scales active users and app downloads.

Key Responsibilities
Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Conversion Optimization (CRO): Partner closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to design intuitive, frictionless landing page funnels. Champion "instant value" mechanics (e.g., zero-login online interactive demos for tools like object removal or AI filters) to activate users within their first 5 seconds on the page.
Full-Funnel Data Diagnostics: Own web analytics telemetry using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, or Hotjar. Track the end-to-end user journey from Organic Search Impression --> Landing Page Visit --> Feature Trial --> Account Registration/App Download. Continuously run A/B tests to diagnose and fix conversion drop-offs.
Dual-Segment User Insight & Content Mapping: Architect distinct search-to-product experiences based on user search intent.
Advanced & Semantic SEO Execution: Lead end-to-end global SEO strategies, including programmatic keyword research, competitive landscape analysis, and topic clustering using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush. Align content architecture directly with actual user pain points and search behavior.
