任职要求
1、2026届硕士及以上应届毕业生，良好的计算机专业基础(数据结构, 算法, 编程语言, 数据库等)； 2、有较为扎实的编码功底，熟悉c++，python编程，有spark开发经验； 3、对机器学习，数据挖掘有较为扎实的理论基础及应用； 4、有推荐系统、广告系统、或搜索等大型系统相关的算法研发经验，参与过诸如广告点击率预估、个性化推荐模型、搜索排序模型等相关项目； 5、需要先实习2个月，一周出勤4-5天，通过答辩后发放正式校招offer。
工作职责
1、个性化算法建模及实现； 2、个性化策略架构搭建及调优； 3、参与搜索、推荐、用户增长、广告、流量分配等场景业务，提升业务指标。
