工作描述
工作职责：
1、在导师指导下参与部门后端系统的开发与维护，完成指定模块的设计、编码与测试；
2、协助完成业务需求的分析与技术方案调研，参与代码评审与技术讨论；
3、参与系统问题排查、性能优化与线上故障处理，积累实际工程经验；
4、编写技术文档、单元测试，保证代码质量与可维护性；
5、持续关注Go语言及后端技术生态，积极参与团队技术分享与学习。
任职要求：
