岗位职责： 1. 负责推荐系统核心算法研发，包括用户兴趣建模、序列建模、召回与深度排序、多目标优化等，持续提升推荐效果和用户体验，产出可规模化上线的方案与收益； 2. 基于用户行为数据开展分析，优化用户理解与推荐策略，服务参与度、留存与消费深度等业务目标； 3. 与产品、运营、工程等团队协作，根据业务需求调整推荐策略，完成从问题定义、实验设计到结果分析的闭环； 4. 跟踪推荐算法前沿进展，包括生成式推荐、多模态推荐、意图识别建模等，推动先进技术在业务场景中的研究与落地； 5. 参与探索 Agent …
