任职要求
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉算法和数据结构，了解计算机基础理论； 2.1年以上Java后端开发经验，熟练使用Java，掌握Spring Boot、Spring MVC等常见的Web开发框架； 3.熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，了解至少一种NoSQL数据库（如Redis、MongoDB等）； 4.具备基本的前端开发能力，熟悉 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等前端基础技术； 5.具备基础的 UI 调试能力，能够使用浏览器开发者工具进行问题排查； 6.了解至少一种前端框架（如 Vue.js、React、Angular 等），能够完成简单的前端功能开发； 7.了解常见技术组件，如缓存（Redis）、消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、RPC调用（gRPC）等； 8.了解基于容器（Docker、K8s）的开发部署流程； 9.了解分布式系统的基本概念，能够参与相关系统的开发和维护； 10.具备良好的学习能力和主动性，能够快速适应新技术； 11.具有较强的责任心、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 加分项： 1.有完整的前后端开发经验，能够独立完成从前端页面到后端接口的全流程开发； 2.熟悉前后端分离架构，能够高效协调前端与后端的开发工作； 3.乐于学习，能够主动关注行业技术动态，持续提升自身技术能力。
工作职责
1.负责项目后台系统的开发与维护，包括APP相关功能接口的开发与维护； 2.参与需求分析、技术方案设计、代码实现和线上服务维护； 3.参与团队内部协作项目，配合完成相关系统开发和项目交付。
