工作职责： 1.核心业务质量交付：负责广告核心系统与服务的质量保障工作，主导测试策略制定、测试数据构造与校验方案设计，识别并管控交付风险，对业务交付质量负责； 2.自动化测试体系建设：负责设计搭建广告核心链路的自动化测试体系，覆盖用例管理、执行调度、数据构造、报告分析等核心能力；设计可扩展的分层架构，支撑多业务域接入与复用； 3.AI 测试探索实践：探索并落地 AI 在测试场景的应用，包括不限于智能用例生成、测试效果自动评估、日志与缺陷智能分析等，并将实践沉淀为平台化的可复用能力； 4.质量效能工程建设：建立自动化覆盖率、执行效率、缺陷…
