• Business & Solution Architecture• Strong ability to translate complex finance, supply chain, and manufacturing requirements into scalable D365 F&O solution designs, prioritizing standard capabilities and extension patterns over customization. • Experience driving end‑to‑end solution blueprints across modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Project, Master Planning), integrations, analytics, and operational processes. • Platform & Cloud Architecture• Enterprise‑scale experience with Microsoft SaaS ERP on Azure, including environment topology (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), high availability/DR considerations, and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management, monitoring, and issue remediation. • Familiarity with One Version update cadence, feature management, hotfix strategy, and regression mitigation practices. • Application Development (X++ / Extensions)• Proficiency in X++, metadata and form patterns, extensions (class/table/form), event handlers, SysOperation framework, batch processing, caching strategies, and set‑based operations. • Understanding of data modeling in F&O: tables, indexes, EDTs, enums, data entities, query framework (Query/QueryBuildDataSource), valid time state tables, and performance‑friendly design. • Data Migration & Data Management• Hands‑on with the Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF), data entities, configuration data projects, data packages, sequencing, cutover runbooks, and validation. • Experience with Bring Your Own Database (BYOD)/Export to Azure Data Lake for downstream analytics, archival, and operational reporting. • Integrations & Eventing• Practical knowledge of OData/Custom services, Recurring Integrations API, file‑based integrations, Business Events (Azure Service Bus/Event Grid/Webhooks), and Dual‑write with Dataverse. • Design of resilient, secure, and observable integration patterns via Azure services (API Management, Functions/Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Insights). • Analytics & Reporting• Experience with Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations and formats; knowledge of SSRS reports in F&O where required. • Manufacturing & Production Control• Deep understanding of Discrete, Process, and Lean Manufacturing in D365 F&O, including BOMs, routes, resources, production orders, batch orders, Kanban, and shop floor execution. • Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integration, IoT scenarios, and real‑time production reporting. • Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management for raw material and finished goods handling, and integration with production flows. • Familiarity with Master Planning (MRP), demand forecasting, and capacity planning for manufacturing environments. • DevOps & Test Automation• Delivery using Azure DevOps: branching strategies, build pipelines for X++, deployable packages, automated deployments via LCS, and gated update processes. • Test automation with RSAT, SysTest/ATL, and integration into CI/CD for regression coverage; defect triage and requirements traceability. • Security, Compliance & Governance• Role‑based security design (Roles/Duties/Privileges), Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit and monitoring practices; data obfuscation for non‑prod. • Awareness of regulatory and localization features (tax, electronic invoicing/ER, statutory reporting), GDPR/data residency, and internal controls/SOX‑aligned change management. • Tooling & Ecosystem• Visual Studio for F&O, Azure DevOps (Repos/Boards/Pipelines/Test Plans), Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) integration, and ISV solution evaluation/fit‑gap. • Security & Data Protection• Familiarity with encryption, certificate and secret management (Key Vault), API security, least‑privilege access, and auditability across integrations and reporting. • Industry & Best Practices• Up‑to‑date with D365 F&O patterns (extensions over overlayering), form patterns, UX guidelines, telemetry‑driven ops, and Microsoft FastTrack recommendations. Technical Area—D365 Finance & Operations (Proficient in at least two out of Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing)  

• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market

Global Security Infrastructure & Architecture ● Build baseline security architectures across markets, including access management, data protection, audit/logging, and threat detection; ● Support regional business security unification while respecting localized needs. Internationalization of Security Products ● Lead internationalization efforts for internal security tools: multi-language support, local deployment architecture, and regional compliance standards; ● Deliver modular, API-driven, and SaaS-compatible security components for overseas platforms. Compliance & Data Sovereignty ● Design and enforce compliance frameworks aligning with GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and other regional data privacy regulations; ● Support data localization, cross-border flow auditing, and international privacy mechanism design. Security Operations & Threat Response ● Co-build regionalized security operations capabilities (SOC-lite models, incident response playbooks, multilingual ticketing systems); ● Establish globally coordinated threat intel and response mechanisms. Cross-Team & Talent Development ● Work closely with security engineering, platform, legal, compliance, and international operations teams; ● Mentor or hire security professionals with international capabilities and build the foundation of a globally distributed team.
