As a Software Engineer 2, you will collaborate with passionate engineers and program managers across China, the United States, and other regions, as well as internal partner teams and the broader developer community. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing and delivering high-quality, reliable tools, frameworks, and services on schedule. • Driving sound technical decisions in collaboration with engineering and product teams. • Rapidly identifying, mitigating, and resolving customer issues related to AI development tools and services. • Continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance team productivity.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of intelligent agent systems that integrate LLMs with real-world applications. • Drive full-stack engineering implementation, including backend services, API integration, database design, and task orchestration. • Select and optimize system components such as message queues, middleware, vector databases, and caching frameworks to meet performance and scalability targets. • Work closely with product and research teams to translate AI agent logic (e.g., tool-use, planning, reasoning) into robust, production-grade systems. • Take ownership of system performance tuning, including concurrency handling, throughput optimization, and service reliability. • Guide the team through best practices in code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability. • Build and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality agent-driven applications from prototype to deployment.
The Role As a Software Product Engineer of IT Sales applications, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional programs across sales and customer experience application,system integration, server systems, and diagnostics. In this role, you will lead the design and development of some of the most advanced and sophisticated systems in the world, with unparalleled agility. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical Application development architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Architects, IT Management, and Developers to drive value to our customers and is open to travel to customer site as needed by business. • Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment (Insights about Customer/Partner and Industry): Gather customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs, competitive landscape), and map architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes.
