• Understands how their feature (e.g., product, service) fits into the product or service area and develops problem statements and hypotheses to address customer needs and market opportunities. • Collaborates with others to establish clarity of the root problem with the customer and ensure alignment between the customer, the market, and Microsoft's goals and strategy. • Assists with customer research and analysis to identify unmet needs and market opportunities for feature enhancements or development. • Works with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features for the product roadmap. • Drives and tracks Key Results and understands success criteria and performance metrics for the feature. • Helps identify investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize investments for the feature. • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and garner support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
1. Market Research:a. Assist in conducting industry market research and customer demand surveys in Spain, France, Belgium, and other countries.b. Organize and refine research data to support the creation of market analysis reports. 2. Product Pricing:a. Collect product pricing requirements, optimization/iteration needs, and new product development demands across different countries.b. Track the scheduling and implementation progress of requirements to ensure timely execution. 3. Data & Systems:a. Assist in the setup and optimization of product-related data dashboards.b. Participate in product system testing and provide support for system launches.

1. Lead the design and development of the Trip.Biz frontend, ensuring a user-centric and innovative approach. 2. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify global trends and opportunities. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and the commercial team, to ensure seamless product delivery. 4. Define product requirements and prioritize features to enhance the user experience across diverse regions. 5. Be data-driven: develop and maintain dashboards, utilize data analysis to monitor product performance, identify trends, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. 6. Utilize English as a working language in a professional setting.
