OverviewThe UIPilot team at Microsoft builds an AI-powered computer-use platform that enables agents to interact with software and carry out tasks across applications and operating systems. We combine AI, cross-platform interaction, and cloud infrastructure to translate human intent into reliable execution—from individual actions to complex, multi-step workflows.

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the UIPilot team, you will build capabilities across agent planning and reasoning, application interaction, execution orchestration, and failure recovery. You will help make computer-use agents more capable, reliable, and scalable, enabling scenarios spanning productivity, workflow automation, and software validation.

We are looking for hands-on engineers with strong ownership, curiosity, and critical thinking. You should enjoy using AI to build software, exploring unfamiliar systems, and investigating problems deeply—while applying independent judgment and validating conclusions with evidence.
