工作职责

1. Prepare, print, compile and send softcopy invoice, tax invoices & logistic supporting document to customer by daily basis 2. Print and send invoice hardcopy to customer by weekly basis (compile with tax invoice and logistic supporting document) 3. Update list invoice by daily basis 4. Maintain AR summary by daily basis 5. 1. Based on the development of global business or merchant service experience, collect and analyze training needs, establish a talent competency model; be able to establish a complete system for internal trainer selection, training, course planning, talent incentive mechanism, develop training strategies that meet the team development, build a training system for various types of employees, and establish a reasonable and effective training effectiveness tracking mechanism. Continuously optimize and refine according to job function requirements and feedback, and quickly iterate/develop courses. 2. Based on the talent needs and capacity building requirements of the global network team, design training programs, sort out training needs, improve training courses, establish online and offline training mechanisms, execute pre-job and on-the-job empowerment training, ensuring that the training empowerment content is effectively implemented in various resource teams while continuously improving training effectiveness. 3. Regularly conduct training needs surveys for various resources, conduct training needs surveys and analysis, analyze and output training data results, track training effectiveness feedback, and manage the training process organization and training effectiveness evaluation. 4. Fully explore and integrate internal and external resources of the company, comprehensively use training tools and methodsto establish a global training network system, maximizing coverage and depth of training impact. Proactively identify and analyze training needs, engage in the planning, implementation, and effect evaluation follow-up of training projects with a deep understanding of the business.
1. Translation, proofreading and copywriting Translate, create, and proofread content for the Trip.com website and app from simplified Chinese to English (user interface elements, flight/hotel policies, hotel/city descriptions, SEO content, promotional pages, banner ads, etc.) Communicate with the product, design, and marketing teams to ensure all English copy is accurate and appropriate for the English-speaking market. 2. Team Management Manage a small team of simplified CN->EN Language Specialists (translators): Ensure each of the CN->EN Language Specialists delivers their tasks on time and meets the minimum output levels required by the company. Ensure the work of the CN->EN Language Specialists meets the expected quality levels, by performing quality checks and providing feedback and training. Regularly review and update the CN->EN language assets (glossary, Style Guide, translation tests etc.) Perform regular checks on our EN online content and find and fix/report any quality issues. Act as contact point for the reporting of any problems in our EN online content and work with the appropriate teams to fix the issues. Provide feedback on work submitted by freelance translators and vendors.
