任职要求
Minimum Qualifications • BS/MS in Engineering, Tool Making, Polymer Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years in plastic tool design, mold making, and molding industry, with a minimum 5 years in tool design & development position. • Frequent travel within the region is required Preferred Qualifications • Familiar with tool fabrication processes and methodology for high volume precision tool. • Well-rounded in injection molding tool design, including various gate scheme, over-mold, multiple shots and etc. • Good knowledge in wide range of materials such as engineering plastic, liquid silicon rubber, thermal plastics, MIM, primer and epoxy. • Good knowledge of geometric dimensioning • Familiar with 3D modelling/simulation software such as Pro/E, Unigraphics, • Moldflow, Moldex3D or other software packages. • Experience in managing and develop precision parts, high pace and mass volume products with multiple vendors in parallel. • Excellent in written, presentation, and oral communication. • Systematic, analytical & strong troubleshooting skills • Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity, and thus we treat all applicants fairly and equally. Our quality engineering team enables the mass creation of impossible products as a partner in the development of Apple's renowned designs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - You will partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate design and processes at the concept phase - Develop measurement technologies, control strategies, information systems, and manufacturing methods that achieve adventurous specifications at mass production scale - You will develop and implement groundbreaking quality inspection tools to evaluate cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics - Compile and evaluate data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process and part specifications - - Lead activities to balance unparalleled quality with scalable yields - You will collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure that proper definition of quality expectations and that appropriate assurance techniques are used for the product - Coordinate all Quality Engineering functions for a program, serving as project manager to lead efforts at supplier locations - Establish audit procedures appropriate to program and supplier to ensure consistency to Apple quality standards - Evaluate and communicate yields of new and existing processes - Drive corrective actions multi-functionally with internal and external team members
We are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering and thrives on innovation to help build the tooling for the world’s most innovative mobile devices. - Lead the development of new plastic tooling projects to meet wide range of product performance and cosmetic requirements for iPhone tooling. - Troubleshooting issues in scientific approach with the use of engineering tools/techniques such as decoupled molding, scientific molding approach, Tolerance Analysis, SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma techniques. - Serve as Apple’s internal expert for the molding process by leveraging a thorough understanding of various material properties and tool component fabrication techniques.
