- A site lead to be responsible for the overall CM performance, continuously strengthen influence to CM for building up more capable and flexible Apple supply chain - Drive factory daily IO, quality on hold, new site bring up, attainment etc. operation tasks in order to safe product delivery in right quantity and quality - Determine factory short term and long term capacity plan for Apple business goals - On Behalf of Apple escalation point for both Apple and CM team, lead factory daily routines including factory resources planning, administrative, working hour management, security, etc - Leads different aspects of program readiness for new product launch
- Responsible for overall performance of CM to meet Apple’s requirement - Operation management for overall demand fulfillment follow WW’s priority as well region’s mix - Capacity management for short term and long term - Factory management for guidance to CM and establish balanced working relationship with CM - Project management for NPI readiness thru EOP closure
As a Operations Program Manager, you are the single threaded owner for Operations. You utilize your expertise and influence peers, stakeholders, and leaders to drive program success. You will solve complex and ambiguous problems by creating sound strategies and execution plans that enable cross functional team success. You engage and help solve any issue that impacts cost, quality, and delivery to support the production plans. You will utilize AI tools to drive efficiency towards high velocity decision making.
The Regional Operations New Product Manager leads all aspects of new product development and product launch within Operations in Asia and is directly accountable for the results. Responsibilities include achieving goals for time to market, cost, quality, product availability and order cycle time. The New Product Manager in region is the primary leader and interface between Operations, Product Design, Engineering teams.
• Ensure that operations in APAC meet desired performance metrics in the region • Serve as Live Operation’s primary representative • Coordinate with game publishing teams to ensure publishing efforts match product deliveries • Create program plans with cross functional teams such as creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership • Evangelize processes and delivery methodologies to ensure we accomplish our program goals • Facilitate and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large or team-of-team project teams • Organize program-level planning, communication, and team member rituals • Manage risks and issues across programs and within teams • Foster transparency and predictability by building and maintaining roadmaps for assigned programs • Maintain partner relationships, providing visibility into workstreams and maintaining partner satisfaction • Collaborate with multiple operations’ leadership to ensure that our games operate at the same or better level of quality as other regions
