Minimum Qualifications
BA degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven, high-impact logistics and supply chain experience. A deep understanding of diverse freight management (Bulk, Parcel, Ocean, Domestic/cross-border) is essential.
Strong technical foundation: Proficiency in data analysis, system development concepts, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). You must be comfortable querying data (e.g., SQL) to drive insights.
Demonstrated excellence in people management, with a track record of building inclusive, high-performing, and adaptable teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Tech-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to self-learn and implement advanced analytics, AI/ML concepts, and RPA solutions to drive continuous process improvement and Green Logistics.
Automation Expertise: Familiarity with modern warehouse automation ecosystems, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and warehouse control systems (WCS).
Master of Ambiguity: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, technologically evolving environment. You can cut through ambiguity, make decisive actions without the total picture, and comfortably navigate risk and uncertainty.
