工作职责
Lead operations reliability testing and failure analysis throughout the development and sustaining stages. Drive and manage standard methodologies across datasets to improve ORT and failure analysis efficiency. Research and strategically implement Home & Audio system and module reliability testing to continuously improve system quality and simulate field product usage models during the mass production stage. Drive the alignment and transition of reliability testing from New Product Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production (MP). Partner with commodity managers and supplier quality engineers to ensure component quality and reliability. Make data-driven recommendations to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and testing protocols. Strategically identify and prioritize issues found in ORT, leading deep root-cause failure analysis and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions. Succinctly communicate technical updates and risk assessments to the executive team.
