任职要求

Minimum Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in electrical design (ideally both digital and analog, such as system design, component I/O, power delivery, power electronics, etc.), with a track record of electrical design improvements, electrical testing, debugging, and the integration of electronics into systems.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with design and schematic tools.
Experience in consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with board and system electronic test strategies: in-circuit testing, board functional tests, and industry-standard test methodologies.

工作职责

Participate in and enable new product introductions with the highest technical quality.
Drive key initiatives that improve future designs, including board validation, stress testing, and user impact correlations.
MLB debug and failure analysis with System and Product Design, Component Engineering, Test, Reliability, and Supplier Quality.
Manage all program-related communication to executive management, including highlighting key program risks and clearly explaining the path to resolution.
Commit to working under high time and deliverable pressures with solid results.
Lead quality improvement teams to improve field performance.
Participate in field failure analysis efforts and DPPM reduction.
Systemic yield improvements and reporting.
8D-based improvements based on lessons learned from NPI and sustaining.
