Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field, paired with relevant industry experience.
Experienced in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) or related fields (e.g., packaging assembly).
General understanding of PCB fabrication, component packaging (general IC, SIP, discrete passive components), substrate materials, and surface finishes (OSP, ENIG, etc.), including how they impact solderability and reliability.
Familiar with process failure analysis (FA) as well as it’s equipment, tools, and methodologies.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Collaborate tightly with the Cupertino Engineering team to validate product designs for manufacturability, recommending design changes to drive high quality (yield and reliability) and cost-effectiveness. Develop innovative and creative manufacturing processes and stations. Provide expert guidance and resources to contract manufacturer (CM) engineers. Support product builds through all developmental stages (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT) and seamlessly into mass production ramps. Plan, develop, and implement rigorous procedures for PCBA, SIP, module manufacturing processes and quality control at CM sites. Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and establish suitable performance metrics for new processes. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure the successful transition of projects from engineering to mass production, or during site-to-site transfers. Act as the primary project leader on a variety of complex manufacturing and engineering projects.

1. 设备全周期管理：作为SMT相关设备或TOR负责人，协调设备搬入、安装、验收、调试等工作，确认设备安装进度，与公司内部团队、第三方和供应商协作沟通；管理机器性能（设备利用率、PPJ、MTBF/MTBA、硬件良率损失、OEE等）；执行工具故障排除、维护、修改、卸载、安装、设置和确认；管理备件和换型套件；执行机器软件UAT和主列表管理；支持新产品、平台质量；识别设备的风险和机会并持续改进。2. 设备成本与安全管控：制定费用预算并推动成本削减计划；进行安全/环境/Ergo风险评估、缓解和CIP。3. 业务流程与系统建设：定义维护设备KPI（包括效率和效能KPI），建立滞后和领先指标；主持定期的业务流程评审，持续改进BP；建立流程/程序以确保符合QMS要求；建立设备维护管理系统，例如设备和换型套件一般PM/CM计划。
1. 产线异常处理： 负责SMT产线异常处理，确保生产的连续性。2. 工装与参数调试： 负责SMT tooling、recipe等的现场调试。3. DOE数据支持： 负责SMT产线DOE数据的收集及整理，支持SMT工程师做工艺改善。4. 跨部门质量解决： 与生产、质量等单位通力合作，解决现场quality相关问题。5. 任务执行： 随时承接主管或工程师指派的其他工作。
1. 安全与质量执行： 严格遵守公司和部门的安全、质量、考勤、信息保护等方针政策规定。2. 岗位认证： 按照班组安排进行指定操作过程的岗位认证；确保公司和岗位要求的各种认证处于有效期内。3. 异常汇报： 操作过程异常及时汇报，杜绝瞒报；配合班组管理人员完成异常调查和处理。4. 团队参与： 积极参与班组开展的团建活动。
