Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience working in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management role 
Hands-on knowledge of various applications in an e-commerce business
5+ years UAT/QC/Quality transactional testing experience within an e-commerce business.
BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 11+ years relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated leadership of a UAT/QA organization, with experience attracting and retaining high-performing talent while fostering an inclusive, values-driven team culture.
5+ years navigating complex, integrated systems, including hands-on UAT/PVT testing experience within an SAP S4 migration program, paired with a thorough understanding of the SDLC.
