Minimum Qualifications
Extensive management experience leading highly successful teams ideally in digital account management in Greater China.
Significant work experience and a high level of credibility in online, digital or performance marketing, ideally working in the mobile advertising market.
Collaborate with the Client Partner team in selling to customers at C-Suite while also being able to understand and optimize data at account level.
Work with cross functional teams to drive a culture of collaboration and shared success.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience and evidence of building excellent team cultures; coaching, developing and retaining talents; guide teams through transitions and changes effectively.
Deep understanding of the mobile market in Greater China especially mainland China (both domestic and export), and keen passion to learn for the ever-changing digital space.
