15+ years of engineering experience in a leadership role managing a large team within infrastructure, cloud, or SRE domains.
Proven track record of operating and scaling massive, globally distributed, multi-tenant Kubernetes and bare-metal environments in production.
Expertise in organizational design, scaling engineering teams, and mentoring senior engineering leaders.
Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse leadership audiences.…
