Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
University or college graduated (BS/MS) with major in EE or ME related degrees, with testing background is preferable.
Validated experience supporting new product launches to mass production from a mechanical, system engineering, or product development perspective with a solid understanding of DFM, DOE, SPC & FA techniques.
Experience with mechanical assembly fixtures and manufacturing processes is required.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications
With understanding and strong passion on other precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications are welcomed.
