Minimum Qualifications
3-7+ years experience in performance media sales, with at least 2-3 years experience using a self-serve type platform (IC3: 3-5+ years; IC4: 5-7+ years).
Strong understanding of advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space.
Strategic selling proficiency with enterprise advertisers and their agencies, building strong client relationships and a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges to solve complex, open-ended business problems.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.

Ability to think strategically about complex issues, apply critical thinking and best practices to develop tailored recommendations.
