Strong RF fundamentals, including RF matching, passive/active component design, and RF system integration.
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., radio communication testers, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes) for lab testing and characterization.
Demonstrated ability to develop tools and agentic workflows to automate design and validation processes.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities, leveraging AI tools to conduct commonality studies, analyze large test logs, and synthesize historical FA learnings to accelerate root-cause resolution.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the agility and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
