【任职要求】 1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上开发经验，负责过大型软件系统的架构设计和实现，具备较强的架构能力和编码能力； 2、深刻理解后端相关技术，包括但不限于spring/mybatis/kafka/redis/es/云原生/领域驱动设计等； 3、精通分布式架构设计，能够高质量完成复杂系统的分析和设计，能综合各方面因素给出最优解决方案； 4、具备良好的沟通技巧及团队协作意识，有较强的主动性和综合能力，能够跨部门协调推动解决问题； 6、具备较强的业务理解能力，有较好的业务和产品sense，愿意和业务长期发展；
工作职责
【岗位职责】 1、负责贝壳租赁业务系统研发，包括系统设计、代码开发、系统调优、故障排查等相关工作； 2、主导各项技术调研和方案设计，协助团队解决各种技术问题，推动技术创新和提升团队开发效率； 3、根据业务及部门规划参与制定并落实中长期技术架构方案，保障系统稳定性，持续优化系统性能；
