Product Engineering Technical Program Manager( PE TPM) works closely with teams located in both US and China throughout the design cycle. TPM is responsible for driving Mechanical supplier facing cross-functional teams and supply base to achieve the project goals. This role is the focal point of contact in China for all Mechanical activities. TPM needs close communication and teamwork with the US based teams such as Product Design, PD EPM, System EPM, ID etc., to ensure the projects are progressing according to schedule. TPM is responsible for closely monitoring and driving China side activities including DFM, tooling release, process qualification, and material preparation for builds. Working closely with the Mechanical Process Engineer (MPE), Tooling Engineer (TE), Global Commodity Manager (GCM), Supplier Quality Manager (SQM) and Reliability Engineer (REL). PE TPM is also responsible for driving suppliers to ensure the schedules on track, issues resolved and quality requirements met. The Role and Major Responsibilities: - Overall program owner within PE team for mechanical components development - Act as focal point for all China side Mechanical Component Development - Drive risk mitigations with China based teams and communicate outward to a cross functional audience - Maintain close communication with the US based core team members such as PD, PD TPM, System TPM and ID to ensure issue resolution and schedule - Work closely with Mechanical Process Engineering teams, Tooling Engineering teams, and suppliers to keep tooling and material schedules on track - Lead critical issue resolution throughout product development cycles. - Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites and Amazon US as needed to keep project on schedule - Drive and track mechanical material readiness for Engineering builds - Lead meetings to keep supplier facing cross functional teams organized and focused throughout design cycle - Lead meetings to make good sync up between China based teams and US based teams - Work with cross-functionally managing a diverse group of engineering, operations and product management professional proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, tracking risks and issues

As a Senior Technical Program Manager - System, you will engage with an experienced inter-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. You will work with the Product Manager to derive the product requirements and obtain executive approval. The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and cross functionally manage other internal team members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and planning of all engineering builds with Contract Manufacture at the supplier and drive the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all assemblies to production. STM (Site Technical Manager) is the single threaded owner for manufacturing technical issues for assigned projects with our Contract Manufacturers, focus on: - Ensure technical readiness for product ramp and serve as manufacturing engineering owner for product PVT and mass production. - Driving manufacture test flow optimization, process and yield improvements to exceed our volume production goals. - Define the manufacture process qualification criteria, manage the qualification activities, and complete the documentation. - Leading our efforts for root cause and corrective action for all manufacturing process related issues, dive deep to analyze the problems found both in and out of the factory. - Participation in design & planning through DFM, Line balancing , as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling. - Work with CM’s engineering teams to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by enforcing DFM and DFT principles. - Review and approval of Fixtures Designs & Qualification (FATP, Device build) - Review and execute Manufacturing Test Coverage Documents to ensure new products launch. - Work with sustaining engineering team on the opportunities to improve our product, owns the technical readiness of PRQ in CMs. - Periodically audit the CM for manufacture process quality management system.

- Drive two-digital revenue and market share growth within assigned strategic/named accounts in the Logistics sector - Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and manage all key customer relationships, including strong C-level engagement - Accelerate customer adoption by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing usage, and leading customers through cloud migration journeys - Maintain a robust customer pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting - Manage complex contract negotiations and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
