Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s WW marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. The Global Selling PMO team collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven Sr. Product Manager to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. The Product Manager will be a key person to shape Global Seller Experience, drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong product/program management and communication skills. Main responsibilities include: - Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and lifecycle, build up new products/services to help the growth of Global Selling sellers, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. - Clearly define and communicate product requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to identify potential product supply in Asia countries to address customer demands, and to recommend supply chain solutions for Sellers. • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services. • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of sourcing and supply chain management initiatives • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency through technology innovation • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions
* Set the overall strategy and direction for MCCF CN sales and account management workstreams, covering CN-to-US and CN-to-International goals. * Set and own Topline targets (e.g., OP2 goals), productivity goals, and other KPIs across the team. * Secure pipeline for the team, including through internal partnerships with AGL and AGS. Establish shared goals with AGS and AGL counterpart * Define and approve budget allocations with MCCF finance. * Scale talent and shape the operating model for the team * Work closely with MCCF product teams to deliver new products and services to meet merchants’ needs. * Have a complete understanding of our customer’s needs and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive partnerships, marketing resources, and new features that provide excellent customers’ experience. * Lead and institutionalize operational mechanisms including WBRs, MBRs, OP1 planning, and topline documentation.

i) managing 2 product lines- full life cycle; ii) localisation of use cases of existing solutions,; iii) analysis of product-market fit- per vertical,; iv) developing new product collateral and value propositions; v) development of Arabic interfaces and wireframes; vi) PRD/ BRD documentation, vii) involvement in partner enablement and selected sales engagements for standard product.
