We are looking for software engineers who are passionate about designing, building and operating brand new services and tools to support AWS China business growth. The services and tools will focus on localization of global solution to China Market and adopt to China customer needs and resolve the China Industry Challenge. It’s important to tackle the challenges, to be creative and to design the applications to meet the business requirement and schedule. You will be seen as a technical leader who is deeply involved in the design discussion with the functional leaders in AWS China and AWS Global service team, and deliver the services/tools on schedule with high quality. The features and tools will have high visibility to the AWS China business teams with significant business impact. A day in the life As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the complete software development cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and operations in an agile environment. We are always drive building up the system for AWS China business from scratch, which there is a wide platform for engineers to demonstrate your technical skill to help directly to business and with the visibility from leadership of AWS China and AWS China operation partner. We encourage team member work closely with each other and contribute on the fast pace delivery. Design and implement user lifecycle management strategies for the e-commerce platform, responsible for enhancing overall user engagement, activity, and purchase depth. Analyze buyer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for increasing engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to design and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of CLM projects, providing regular reports and suggestions for improvement. Utilize CRM tools to manage buyer interactions and personalize communication strategies. Ensure alignment of CLM activities with overall business objectives and customer experience goals.
