工作职责
Organizational Development • Organizational Communications: Manage regular cadence of townhalls, newsletters, and org-wide communications aligned with D&S Asia strategy. • Strategic Planning Coordination: Drive OP1/OP2 planning processes — manage timelines, templates, cross-team inputs, and ensure on-time delivery. • Culture & Engagement: Design and execute programs that strengthen team culture, recognition, and cross-site collaboration. Office Program Management • Office Project Delivery: Manage SHA office/lab projects (renovation, expansion, fit-out) from design through construction to move-in. • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as D&S liaison to GREF, JLL, general contractors, and other vendors. • Space Planning & Optimization: Manage seat allocation, floor planning, and space utilization for headcount growth. • Budget & Vendor Management: Track project budgets, review VOs, manage BMO costs, and negotiate with vendors. • Compliance & Operations: Support lease activities, work permits, fire safety compliance, and building regulations.
