基本任职资格
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- 5+ years of program management experience, with at least 2 years in organizational development, HR programs, employee engagement, or workplace/facilities management
- Experience managing multiple parallel programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results across teams

优先任职资格
- Experience managing office/workplace projects (construction, renovation, relocations)
- Experience in multinational technology companies
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working with senior leadership (Director+ level)
