To serve the goal, Amazon has created one of the most advanced fulfillment and logistic networks in the world with a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product and program managers. We are seeking motivated Sales Support to develop and deliver sales support initiatives. The Sales Support will execute sales operational tasks to ensure AGL services deliverables and experience to sellers and internal stakeholders. The role will work on Amazon systems, interact with multiple sales teams, and perform daily operational tasks on seller onboarding, contracting, account configuration, and other sales support or admin tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership to work independently and deliver timely and accurately in a complex and fast-growing business environment. The candidate will be able to interface with technology systems, be comfortable in executing repeatable processes while identify and proactively explore opportunities for process improvement or automation. Responsibilities: · Conduct full seller onboarding process from contracting to account creation and configuration, by strictly following SOPs · Explore opportunities to continuously improve process efficiency, and update SOPs in accordance · Provide analysis on onboarding processes and present findings to the team · Respond to internal and external stakeholders to effectively address customer needs · Document and provide visibility of process deliverables · Generate various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to track against objectives · Provide daily support to other multiple sales teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: contract management, data cleaning and mapping, hotline to general questions from wide sales team, reports generation, training, sales admin etc.

- Implement AIOT category strategies, achieve sales KPIs, involving profit, stock turnover, market share, and growth rate, etc. - Responsible for the communication and coordination of Thailand E-commerce with internal & external teams, including channel customers, E-commerce platforms, etc. - Monitoring and managing all E-commerce channels, covering budget, on-site and offsite marketing, B2B order fulfillment, after-sales problem, data collecting and campaign analysis. - Work closely with E-com platforms, optimize sales and promotional campaigns to boost growth of Xiaomi online business.
1-Commercial Support: Assist in KA pricing simulations, contract negotiations, and monthly profitability analysis to ensure sales targets are met. 2-Data Reporting: Consolidate and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights and business reports that improve operational efficiency. 3-Performance Monitoring: Deep dive into profit structures, order fluctuations, and market trends to identify issues and propose solutions. 4-Account Growth: Assist in crafting KA strategies to drive healthy growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term stickiness. 5-Operations & Compliance: Execute sales compliance workflows, including security deposit management and accounts receivable (A/R) collections. 6-Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental resources to ensure the successful delivery of key sales projects. 7-Decision Support: Utilize data tools to extract core business issues and provide logical reports for management decision-making. 8-Improve Efficiency:Actively participate in team meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and help optimize existing workflows to enhance overall team efficiency. Special Note: This position is part of the company’s Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment.
