工作职责
• Preparing various deliverables to support both internal and external financial reporting needs, including statutory close support, analytics and supplementary financial analysis; • Working closely with business partners across APAC and globally, to maintain efficient and compliant accounting processes; • Identifying and establishing process improvements; • Collaborating closely with Accounting and Technology teams to drive standardization and automation globally.
1.Business Support & Financial Analysis : Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 2.Decision Support:Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
Overview: This is a dynamic and strategic role that requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end outsourcing procurement and vendor operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ꔷ Lead the procurement, project delivery, and vendor management of outsourced labor services across Southeast Asian countries for Lazada. This includes roles such as Customer Service, Information auditing, Tagging, Content and User Operations, and Blue-collar roles in logistics and warehousing. ꔷ Develop a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian labor market and manage the full vendor lifecycle—selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention. ꔷ Drive cost optimization initiatives by analyzing labor cost benchmarks across markets and implementing diversified cost-saving strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders. ꔷ Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract management, annual framework agreements, and project delivery. ꔷ Proactively develop and manage key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies. Build strong relationships, complete performance scorecards, and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. ꔷ Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with legal requirements and internal compliance policies. ꔷ Adhere to the Procurement SOPs and guidelines, while educating internal teams on procurement best practices and standardized ways of working. ꔷ Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers to track performance and ensure service quality. ꔷ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and accounting to ensure alignment and accuracy in procurement-related operations. ꔷ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, outsourcing management, legal, finance, and systems teams) and external partners to support the digitalization and systemization of the outsourcing lifecycle.
1/ Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and scenario testing to identify potential financial risks and opportunities. 2/ Lead monthly discussions with country management and regional teams, facilitating collaborative decision-making processes and aligning financial objectives with business goals. 3/ Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and analysis. 4/ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, optimize cost structures, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. 5/ Communicate financial results and forecasts to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. 6/ Champion automation and simplification initiatives to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency within the FP&A function. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to drive productivity gains. 7/ Collaborate with the regional and central finance teams to ensure consistency in financial processes, policies, and reporting standards across the organization.
Responsibilities In this position, you will: 1. Be the subject matter expert in processes and systems used for various accounting processes. 2. Contributes to the review of business initiatives -Design process and suggest systems developments to support the success of business initiatives. -Be involved in Business Partnering with relevant stakeholders. -Create documentation of policies, manuals and SOPs for new initiatives. 3. Build trusting relationship and continuous interaction with internal stakeholders, as well as, BPO (if required) to ensure high quality delivery of service and maximum customer satisfaction. 4. Support the transition of new entities/ workflow to Finance BPO when there are new initiatives, process changes or transactional work remaining in local ventures, as well as, the overall governance framework for Finance BPO, including SLAs monitoring and issues resolution. 5. Continuously seek process improvement, greater productivity and efficiency in accounting processes, which might involve process re-design, including adoption of automation tools, and resolve potential control issues. 6.
