• Evaluate the impact of new regulations from regions such as European and North American, MENA, and AU, and assess their product category scope and requirements. • Implement new regulations and policies based on change management logic and protocols. • Handling compliance crisis or escalations • Ensure that good ideas are consistently implemented across all tasks to improve efficiency and standardize process workflows to meet KPI goals • Understand the business and identify potential areas of improvement from a technical perspective or regulatory risk. • Facilitate communication between vendors and stakeholders to provide support timely and correctly. • Maintain vendor management process documentation and training.
1. Handling assigned daily tasks according to process map and SOP, manage and handle exceptions in daily work. Use knowledge and skills to meet assigned goals and SLA. 2. Collaborating with origin and destination teams to solve issues/requests to secure selling partners' experience. 3. Description: Reporting to the EHS Operations Manager, the EHS Operations Senior Specialist is responsible for driving EHS excellence across Tesla’s Automotive Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) operations and contractor projects in the Zhejiang sub-region. This role ensures compliance with global and local EHS regulations, reduces operational risks, and supports the implementation of EHS systems, tools, and digital solutions in alignment with APAC EHSS strategy. Responsibilities: Serve as a key EHS advisor to sub-regional leadership, EHS reps, and frontline staff. Identify, escalate, and control EHS risks and compliance requirements across all phases of automotive operations and projects. Interface with regulatory agencies and manage audit/inspection documentation and follow-up actions. Support project teams with risk analysis, safe work procedures, and EHS templates. Train and develop EHS representatives to embed best practices, conduct inspections, and support emergency preparedness. Lead and support incident investigations (including L.I.F.E. and high-potential events) and implementation of corrective actions. Conduct and/or review risk assessments and job hazard analyses; recommend safety improvements. Develop and implement regional EHSS systems & tools strategy and objectives. Take charge of the application of Global EHS digital system-My EHS platform and the relevant digital modules, tools Identify local EHS digitalization needs, such as medical surveillance database, industrial waste agreement management system, and work with IT team to develop digital solutions Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery Lead APAC EHSS system development and deployment at the sub-regional level. Coordinate with international and local teams as needed. Manage maintenance and upgrade schedules for EHSS systems and tools. Provide data analysis insights to support risk reduction and continuous improvement. Facilitate safety committee meetings and employee engagement initiatives. Support EHS activities at Tesla-operated and remote locations.
- Complete the daily FX trading with the counterparties and book the trades into the internal FX management system. - Shape and build standardized and sustainable operational workflow and service standards. Maintain the FX operation manual up-to-date. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential FX and liquidity risk, and develop strategies to mitigate or minimize these risks effectively. - Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop and adhere to an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements; i.e., delivery of periodic presentations to external regulators.
• Assist in the formulation and review of market, liquidity, and interest-rate risk management frameworks, policies, and processes. Continuously seeking to achieve forward-looking risk identification and risk mitigation plans. • Measure and monitor all relevant risk metrics and collaborate with Treasury to ensure that they are within limits. • Ensure that the Bank is aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practice. • Identify and initiate opportunities to enhance market and liquidity risk management processes, risk metrics and assumptions, including stress testing, EVE, NII and behavioural analysis through digital tools, automation, and data analytics. • Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and audits related to market and liquidity risks. • Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and management committees, highlighting key market and liquidity risks and potential issues.
