What you’ll be doing: • Guide, mentor, and develop SOC analysts in China, encouraging a high‑performance, inclusive culture. • Architect and continuously improve monitoring, detection, and response across on‑prem, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments and protect GPU‑accelerated AI/ML pipelines. • Run the team in Scrum: facilitate planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain a transparent backlog ordered by risk reduction and customer value. • Embed PIPL and other relevant Chinese cybersecurity regulations into day‑to‑day SOC processes, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams while supporting global collaboration where permissible. • Define, track, and act on metrics (MTTD, MTTR, sprint velocity) and operate staffing/on‑call schedules that balance 24 × 7 coverage with follow‑the‑sun hand‑offs. • Evaluate and integrate China‑compliant security tooling and automation, sharing threat intelligence and capabilities with the wider NVIDIA SOC as regulations allow.

Technical Delivery （1）Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities； （2）Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective； （3）Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness； （4）Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery； （5）Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
Responsibilities Collaborate with GPU sales team and SCE AIML TPM team to provide technical support for customers both at pre-sales and after-sales stage. Take ownership of problems and work to identify solutions. Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure components such as cloud resources, distributed computing systems, and data storage solutions to support AI/ML workflows. Collaborate with customers’ scientists and software/infrastructure engineers to understand infrastructure requirements for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models. Implement automation solutions for provisioning, configuring, and monitoring AI/ML infrastructure to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Optimize infrastructure performance by tuning parameters, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing caching and data pre-processing techniques. Troubleshoot infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks and minimize downtime. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI/ML infrastructure and evaluate their potential impact on our systems and workflows. Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability. Qualifications: Experience in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and/or Kubernetes. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools for managing distributed systems. Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong documentation skills with experience documenting infrastructure designs, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing, ensure maintainability, and enhance team collaboration. Strong Linux skills with hands-on experience in Oracle Linux/RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian distributions, including system administration, package management, shell scripting, and performance optimization.

Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, advise on data privacy aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current and proposed new initiatives. Provide advice to business teams on data privacy aspects of the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements. Partnering with business, tech, product and information security functions respectively, set up and maintain the data privacy framework and programs on e-commerce related activities. Negotiate, draft, and review data processing agreements and other contractual work relating to data privacy.
