As an AMD intern, you’ll be placed at the epicenter of the AI ecosystem, working alongside experts and industry pioneers. You’ll do important work, learn new skills, expand your network, and gain real-world experience on projects that impact millions of end-users worldwide. JOB DETAILS: Location: Beijing/Shanghai, China Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work at least 3 days/week throughout internship Duration: Jan - Jun 2026 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: We are seeking highly motivated AI Software Engineering intern/co-op to join our team. In this role – We will involve you in validating new AI software features on AMD GPUs before they reach developers. We will assign you to contribute improvements to open-source AI projects (e.g., PyTorch, Triton, vLLM, SGLang) to enhance AMD GPU support. Your responsibility will include creating developer-focused tutorials, demos, blogs, and hands-on videos that make AI software more approachable. You get to collaborate with engineers across teams to help make AMD ROCm easier and faster for developers to adopt. You will gain hands-on experience in GPU programming, AI frameworks, open-source collaboration, and technical storytelling—skills that are highly valuable in both research and industry.
1. 负责大疆司空产品规划与设计，挖掘行业用户智能作业的需求与痛点，结合整体产品经营与竞争力目标，输出详细产品方案 2. 探索AI前沿技术（大模型/Agent等）在产品应用中的高价值场景，与工程团队紧密配合，推动从技术预研到产品AI化的落地 3. 对数据敏感，能设计产品各环节数据指标，通过用研与数据分析驱动产品迭代，达成产品目标 4. 跨部门推进，与开发、测试、算法在可用性、性能与可扩展性间权衡，保障按期高质量交付。
1.负责设计和开发面向业务场景的 AI Agent、Copilot、自动化工作流和多步骤任务执行系统； 2.将业务需求转化为 Agent 架构，包括任务规划、工具调用、路由逻辑、上下文管理、权限控制和失败兜底； 3.基于 LLM、RAG、Embedding、向量数据库、企业知识库和内部 API 构建可落地的智能应用； 4.建立 Agent 评测体系，包括离线评测、回归测试、人工反馈、线上质量指标和失败案例分析； 5.建设 Agent 可观测能力，包括日志、trace、工具调用链路、延迟等监控。
1.负责汽车嵌入式通信与路由模块的测试开发： a.CAN/LIN/ETH通信协议层测试； b.CAN-LIN/CAN-ETH/LIN-ETH路由测试； c.网络管理、系统服务等模块测试； 2.负责测试自动化平台的架构设计与开发，包括测试框架、配置工具、标准化方案； 3.负责AI辅助测试工具的开发与落地（测试脚本生成、报告分析、缺陷识别等）； 4.与开发工程师、产品Owner协作，理解需求和设计，转化为可执行的测试方案和用例；
1、全栈质量体系建设 • 面向 GPU 驱动层（CUDA 兼容性）、AI 编译器（MLIR 图优化）、高性能算子库（Conv/GEMM/Attention）、深度学习框架（PyTorch / vLLM 定制后端）、大模型及配套工具链（GPU Operator、Container Toolkit、Device Plugin、Profiling/SMI、GDB Debugger 等），设计并落地统一的质量标准与验证策略。 2、自动化与工程化能力建设 • 主导自动化测试框架与 CI/CD 回归体系开发，建立多维度质量门禁（Release Gate）； • 搭建可复现、可扩展的测试基线环境，支持多 OS、多驱动版本、多框架版本、单机与多机集群等复杂组合。 3、场景化系统验证 • 针对大模型训练与推理典型负载，开展稳定性、性能（吞吐/延迟）、精度（数值一致性）三位一体的系统级验证； • 通过问题复现、根因定位与数据分析，推动软硬件协同缺陷闭环与持续优化。 4、方法论与资产沉淀 • 提炼可复用的测试工具、用例库、诊断脚本与最佳实践，形成标准化测试方法论； • 赋能研发团队提升质量内建能力，加速 AI 软件栈高质量迭代。
