工作职责
The Role We are hiring Drive Unit Test Engineer for our hardware test team at Tesla. You will take responding for test activities on powertrain products from component to system level for Tesla new product development, such as gear train, motor and drive unit system on drive unit DYNO and component test bench. We are interested in candidates with majors of motor and electrical powertrain engineering. Including but not limited to mechanical engineering, Electromechanics engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering. Responsibilities Collaborate with reliability and design team on DFMEA for test items and plan. Perform Test setup, interference with equipment like DYNO, power supply, chamber, Chiller and data acquisition system. Design test profile, coding test script, analysis test data for performing reliable validation Write test software to automate test execution, data process and analyze. Develop inhouse/custom test equipment, fixture, harness and so on. Collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing to manage test programs from concept to final commissioning. Perform lab operation to maintain schedules, allocation of test resources. Perform failure investigation during test, at post phases and concern management.
1. 根据产品开发需求和项目进度,制定电驱系统的测试计划; 2. 与产品设计团队、开发团队和项目管理团队密切合作,了解产品的功能和性能要求,为测试计划的制定提供依据; 3. 负责搭建电驱系统的测试环境,包括硬件设备的安装和调试、软件系统的配置和测试工具的选择,确保测试环境稳定可靠,能够满足测试需求; 4. 对测试设备进行维护和管理,定期进行校准和保养,确保测试设备的准确性和可靠性; 5. 按照测试计划执行电驱系统的各项测试,包括性能测试、可靠性测试、安全性测试等,记录测试数据,分析测试结果,发现问题并及时反馈给开发团队; 6. 对测试中出现的问题进行深入分析,确定问题的根本原因,并提出有效的解决方案。与开发团队合作,跟踪问题的解决进度,确保问题得到彻底解决; 7. 根据测试结果撰写详细的测试报告,包括测试目的、测试方法、测试结果、问题分析和建议等内容,测试报告应清晰、准确地反映电驱系统的性能和质量状况,为产品的改进和优化提供依据; 8. 向项目管理团队和相关部门汇报测试进展和结果,解答他们对测试工作的疑问和关注; 9. 为产品开发团队提供技术支持,解答他们在电驱系统测试方面的问题。协助开发团队进行问题排查和解决,提高产品的开发效率和质量; 10. 对新员工进行电驱系统测试方面的培训,传授测试方法和经验,提高团队的整体测试水平; 11. 了解行业测试趋势,负责实验室设备的更新换代评估; 12. 跟踪行业测试标准变化情况,负责对当前设备进行适应性改造; 13. 使用智能化手段改进测试流程,积累测试数据,提高测试准确性和测试效率。
