Proven experience in content production, project management, or similar roles within a creative environment.
A flexible mindset and the eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with global, regional, and local teams.
Familiarity with video production workflows, including pre- and post-production phases.
Comfortable working on set during large-scale shoots.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and manage relationships with external vendors.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
