Our global Tesla Design Studio is seeking a highly organized and versatile Content Producer to join our multidisciplinary team based in Shanghai. As a Content Producer, you'll act as the bridge between Sales, Web and the Design Studio—managing content traffic, aligning priorities across global, EMEA-wide, and regional contexts, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively. You'll work closely with our creatives to navigate local requirements across different mediums, support video projects during pre- and postproduction, and be on set for major shoots to ensure content needs are fully met. This role requires a strong sense of initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to map out quarterly and yearly project roadmaps while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned. Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between Sales, Product, Web and the Design Studio to coordinate content needs and delivery timelines. Prioritize projects across global, EMEA, and regional levels to ensure efficient resource allocation. Collaborate with creative teams to clarify and adapt content requirements for various mediums and local markets. Support video and photo projects from pre-production through post-production. Attend major shoots to ensure all content requirements are executed to standard. Plan, schedule, and maintain project roadmaps for each quarter and the full year.
