任职要求
MUST Major in an engineering field, including but not limited to mechanical, material, and automotive. Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented, with strong technical communication ability to drive product and process improvements with a large interdisciplinary engineering team. Strong understanding of engineering principles, mechanics of materials and the ability to think out of the box. 工作职责
The Role: As a Drive Unit Systems Intern, you will be a member of design propulsion motor/gearbox/DU from concept to volume production. Come join the team working on the most important motors in the world. Responsibilities: Involve in drive system commodities launch at Tesla Gigafactory Shanghai and troubleshoot complex issues together with global team. Design of motor/gearbox/DU component test fixtures. Design of Experiments for motor/gearbox/DU component feature or dimension and running them. Compile test data, impact to design and recommend following steps. Build of physical DU/motor/gearbox prototype. Analysis of production supplier or manufacturing line data/report, involve in suppliers (both internal and external) development for overall drive unit system, provide engineering support with global team. Test samples build for both local and global team, field work support.
1. 新供应商审核和导入工作,建立理想供应商体系; 2. 零部件技术要求文件的审核,新技术新工艺的深入评估,零件质量工程规范文件的编制; 3. 牵头产品开发团队的工作顺利开展,负责产品开发过程中的技术和质量问题解决; 4. 管理模具、检具、工装、产线等的开发并完成认可工作; 5. 量产零部件的质量保证和售后问题跟进解决; 6. 供应商的绩效考评活动开展,以及供应商的能力提升工作; 7. 使用Six Sigma、APQP等工具解决问题; 8. 负责零部件全生命周期的质量和产能管理,包括开发、零公里及售后阶段。
1. 负责三电、增程、车身、底盘、内外饰、开闭系统、电子电器、智能座舱等方向的质量工作; 2. 极致速度领跑,负责零部件质量问题响应、分析、处置、解决,确保QCD(质量、成本、交付)指标达成; 3. 参加工厂晨会、质量夕会、audit发布会等平台,对零部件质量问题进行汇报跟踪; 4. 负责供应商的质量绩效统计和质量评价,对零部件质量问题导致理想汽车的损失开启索赔; 5. 运用APQP、8D、TBP、六西格玛、质量体系等质量工具,整理分析质量信息及情报,策划质量专项活动,推动问题的解决进度,并终结部件质量问题; 6. 监控、核查供应商质量改善活动及质量管控一致性,驱动和帮助供应商质量能力提升; 7. 协助IQC进行工料废的分析及判定; 8. 参与质量数据信息化、智能化业务推动及IT项目管理; 9. 作为owner,参与部门业务迭代及创新,提升零部件质量表现及质量行动效率。
