任职要求
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent with experience in rotating machinery design, casting design, or EV powertrain design.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude from concept through release and launch for production or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Experience with rotary machine NVH, knowledge in vibration isolation and acoustic packaging, basic understanding of NVH related test methods, equipment and sensors.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting within a product development environment (CATIA V5 and CATIA 3DX preferred).
• Component sub-system level structural or NVH CAE as extra credit, capable of working in conjunction with CAE Specialists for more complex analyses.
• Basic understanding and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Knowledge in quality control tools including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, etc.
• Experience with vehicle and component level testing and willing to get hands dirty to resolve engineering issues.
