该职位主要支持特斯拉中国销售交付售后团队的招聘工作。 职责描述 • 作为公司内部客户的顾问,运用专业知识,提供招聘相关专业建议,包括:制定招聘渠道策略、候选人评估技巧和有效决策。 • 管理招聘流程,确保与候选人更新招聘进度并有效地跟进招聘流程;有能力向候选人和招聘团队传达特斯拉的经营理念和业务情况。 • 通过在面试中同时运用技术面试和行为面试技巧来评估候选人是否合适,同时也要利用非常规的技巧识别候选人是否足够优秀。 • 在招聘过程中积极倾听候选人的讲述,具备良好的谈判能力,自始至终跟踪候选人并具备创造力。 • 定期书面和口头提交招聘项目状态,向上级和管理层人员汇总候选人评估报告。 • 其他职责:根据业务发展需要,完成管理层指定的其他工作。

Product Strategy & Management * Define product strategy and roadmap for Global Selling initiatives * Develop and communicate product requirements * Work with internal and external technology teams to develop products and resolve issues * Own product success metrics and continuous improvement * Manage stakeholder relationships and drive data-driven decision making Customer Success & Solution Implementation * Develop and execute launch strategies for new technologies * Coordinate cross-functional implementation and testing * Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction and system performance Technical Leadership & Development * Lead and manage engineering teams in project scoping, planning, and delivery of multiple technical product solutions * Drive technical architecture decisions and implementation of software development life cycle practices * Collaborate with PMs to evaluate the optimal technical solution * Lead solution options evaluation and assist with PMs on vendor management * Oversee coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing * Recruit, mentor, and develop software engineering talent * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
Business Development & Product Adoption: * Drive Paid Account Service product adoption including Account Management Service and Consulting Service * Develop, optimize, and customize sales toolkits to support service product offerings * Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and tracking for paid products * Provide insights to leadership and product managers to evolve service product offerings based on seller feedback and market trends Region Development & Seller Recruitment: * Develop category recruitment strategies by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition * Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on growth plans * Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities and help sellers succeed on the marketplace Seller Success & Account Management: * Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice for business growth * Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience * Learn about Amazon's cross-border e-commerce business, understand seller lifecycle, demands, and pain points Cross-functional Collaboration: * Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases * Partner cross-functionally to professionally represent clients' needs and perspectives to various stakeholders * Support marketing initiatives, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a top university * 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or equivalent experience preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese * Strong quantitative analytical skills, including database analysis and advanced Excel capabilities Preferred qualifications * Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach * Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses * Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level * Demonstrated drive to set and achieve goals while maintaining high quality standards * Passion for customers with high attention to detail Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
