工作描述
任职要求 • Polymer or Materials Engineering degree. Advanced degrees are nice but equivalent work experience can be as or more valuable. • Solid background and knowledge in various material properties and process-structure-properties understanding. Proficient in basic theoretical knowledge (Thermodynamics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics…etc.). • Familiar with material structure/performance analysis or characterization equipment operation principles, familiar with how to process data, covering fields including but not limited to structure, thermodynamics, chromatography, mechanics, apparent properties… etc. • 5 years + experience working with soft trim and thermal plastic material development. • Hands-on experience with standard analytical tools (FTIR, DSC, Rheometry, DMA, etc.). • Strong c…
