任职要求
Develop test plans for Wireless Connectivity evaluation in vehicle and bench setups
Perform tests that conforms Wireless Connectivity functionality, features, performance and IOP
Document, root-cause and follow up on bugs found in internal, beta, field and vendor testing
Contribute towards enhancing Wireless Connectivity test automation and fleet wide data analytics
Work closely with wireless SW development, Antenna, wireless HW and System Software teams to optimize performance
Identify areas of opportunities and implement improvements, knowledge sharing and best practices
Drive various tasks to completion and be a connoisseur of great quality product
B.S or higher in Engineering, Computer science or proof of exceptional skills in related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
Experience in SDLC/STLC and QA processes
Experience in Wireless technologies (Cellular/BT/Wi-Fi) and test plan development
Knowledge or experience with Wireless connectivity tests in at least 1 domain below

THE ROLE Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Wireless Software QA Test Engineer who will be part of Wireless Connectivity team that is focused on delivering high quality Wireless technologies on various Tesla vehicle platforms (S, 3, X, Y …). You will be responsible for validating Cellular/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth wireless technologies in Tesla vehicle platforms.

1、设计和开发电动车无线充电系统的软件控制方案,掌握OBC、DCDC等电源功率控制软件技术。 2、根据当前系统架构设计,实现异物检测、活物检测及定位功能。 3、协同硬件工程师、嵌入式底软工程师,进行软件集成、HIL和台架测试、性能调优。 4、整理软件需求,编写设计文档,开发测试用例和整理测试报告。 5、与跨部门团队合作,确保项目按计划推进,满足产品需求。
1. 根据可穿戴数采设备产品需求进行通信协议定制化开发,融合蓝牙、WiFi等连接协议,确保设备连接激活、数据互传、状态同步等关键流程的可靠性和兼容性,确保高效的数据传输和低功耗性能。 2. 设计并实施通信协议的测试方案,确保协议在实际应用中的可靠性和实时性。进行系统集成测试和故障排查,提供技术支持与优化建议。 3. 负责自研硬件单板bringup、系统裁剪、驱动开发等软件开发工作,重点涉及WiFi/BT短距模块驱动开发调试。 4. 优化数据传输效率,根据多种连接协议的特性,优化数据传输效率,兼顾功耗性能,提升产品竞争力; 5. 负责跨设备互联技术的规划与实施,关注连接技术的发展,完成关键技术预研及落地整合。 6. 与产品经理、硬件工程师以及其他团队成员紧密合作,确保项目的顺利进行,及时解决技术问题。
THE ROLE Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Bluetooth Software Development Engineer for the Wireless Systems team to develop best in class telematics solutions. The role involves design and validation of Bluetooth based solutions for telematics systems across Tesla vehicle platforms (S, 3, X, Y, ...). The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, and creatively solving challenging design problems is of paramount importance. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight timing constraints. RESPONSIBILITIES Integrate connectivity stack provided by SoC vendors into Tesla operating system Contribute to Tesla’s wireless connectivity stack – Bluetooth . Develop new features in well organized, efficient, and scalable C++ code. Develop telemetry and analytics platform enabling data collection, analysis and visualization of data reported from Tesla fleet. Conduct various scenarios of SW driven validations to ensure wireless connectivity performance of Tesla fleet. Root-cause issues reported from different test scenarios and customers. Contribute to rapid prototyping and evaluation of Tesla’s next generation wireless platforms. Implement continuous improvements and best practices within the team, and larger organization.
